Welcome to the WholesaleDeals.co.uk Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the WholesaleDeals.co.uk web site and services available under the domain https://www.WholesaleDeals.co.uk (the "Site"). This Agreement is entered into between you as the user of the Site (the "User") and WholesaleDeals.co.uk.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms of Use") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or the "User") and "WholesaleNetwork", referred to herein as "us" or "we".
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms of use or any part thereof at any time, with immediate effect by updating this page and with no prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to visit the site periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes to the terms of use, and check this page each time you visit the site to review the version of the terms of use in force at such time.
The section titles in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall, to the maximum extent possible, remain in full force and effect.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
If you do not accept these Terms of Use in full, you must leave the site immediately. Your continued use of the site shall be deemed to attest to your full agreement to the Terms of Use.
Products Offered. We offer two main products: a B2B subscription based service, with which we sell the access to either our database of offers or our wholesale sources; and a B2B product information sale service, where we charge a one-off fee to disclose the contact information of the person or company selling a particular product at the price and conditions described in the relevant information page.
Payments. Our paid services incur charges specified in the respective registration pages. All prices are in GBP £ Sterling. In accordance with sections 6.1 and 13.1 (a) of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000, on payment and access of our subscription information any funds paid will be non-refundable. Payments will be taken in full at the time of order. Each subscribed User agrees to be charged the chosen subscription fee on a recurrent basis, to his/her PayPal account or card, and on the date of renewal, for as long as the subscription is active, unless cancelled prior to the date of renewal. The date of renewal is calculated as the same calendar day of the month the subscription was setup on the month the subscription becomes due, for as long as the subscription is active. Each subscribed User agrees to keep his/her PayPal account or card in good standing, with the proper funds to pay for the subscription while active. Each subscription license is valid for one user, and is non-transferable.
Information. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our website, some details on the site may change from time to time. While we will endeavour to rectify any errors, we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by any User as a result of incorrect information being used or relied upon in any way by the User.
Deals. We will refund a Deal source purchase if the supplier product price is higher than listed on the Deal information page.
Due to the fact that many resellers frequently change their retail prices, our price guarantee applies to the product price, and not to the sample retail prices or recommended retail price.
Due to the competitive and fast changing nature of the offers we list, the Deal guarantee is valid for the first 48 hours from the time of a User's purchase of the deal source.
We endeavour to offer 100% accurate information. We realise that occasionally our Deals may be incorrect, or suddenly expire. Because of the large amount of information offered on our site, our price guarantee will apply to Deals purchased individually and not to Deals accessed as part of a Deals or Combo subscription.
Some suppliers only accept purchases over certain amounts. The minimum order quantity we list for each Deal is the minimum number of pieces a User needs to purchase per product, and does not take into account any overall minimum purchase amount imposed by the supplier. To start a money-back claim, a User can report an issue through our contact us form indicating his Member ID, and which individually purchased Deal the User is having a problem with. We will investigate immediately and offer a suitable alternative within 5 working days or refund the User in full.
Refunds and Cancellations. The User agrees to be responsible for cancelling his/her active subscriptions. To complete cancellation of a subscription payment the User is required to login to his/her PayPal account and visit his/her PayPal > My Account > Profile > Pay List page to cancel any active subscriptions, or if paid by card login to his/her Wholesale Deals My Account > Manage billing > Manage subscription. If a member has signed up to our subscription based services and has been unable to login at least once, then a complete refund can be issued to the member. In all other circumstances, refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the Wholesale Deals management.
